Weight Loss Guarantee
Guarantee Policy
CureWeight’s weight loss system combines medication with physician coaching and lifetime support incentives. With our Money Back Guarantee, if you do not lose 10% or more of your body weight after six (6) months on the program, you will be entitled to a refund.
Fair Percentage Refund
Guarantee refunds are calculated and “prorated” according to how much weight you actually lost, less the 10% weight loss goal. For example, if you lose only 5% of your initial body weight after 6 months, you would be eligible for a 50% refund of the program cost.
- 10% of your initial body weight after six (6) months is defined as the difference between your initial body weight on Day 1 on the program and your body weight after Day 180 (after 6-months) on the program.
Refund eligibility requirements:
- You must schedule a Results Appointment and review your 6-month progress notes with your doctor.
- You must have paid for six (6) months of the program costs.
- You must have attended six (6) monthly follow-up sessions (online).
- You must demonstrate an honest effort and have complied with your doctor’s advice, unless exception(s) are recorded in your medical notes.
Prior-Use Disclosure
Prior use of prescription weight loss medication in the 12 months prior to starting CureWeight’s program must have been disclosed (examples include: Orlistat, Mysimba, GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Saxenda, or Wegovy, and appetite suppressants).
Photo Requirements
To process your refund request, an up-to-date, full-length photo of you may be required.
